Returns & Exchanges
All Sales Final
Because every Five Mile Beach Co. item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, color preference, or a change of mind. We encourage you to review the size guide and product details carefully before purchasing.
Defects & Misprints
We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement:
- Email us at support@fivemilebeach.co within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the defect or misprint.
- We’ll review and confirm a replacement shipment within 2 business days.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If your order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Five Mile Beach Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first, then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
